This is a non-halal restaurant tip for non-muslims, delicious Char-Siew/Chicken Rice. Char-Siew (in second photo) is made of pork, roasted pork in red color, extremely delicious. Char-Siew/Chicken Rice of Bukit Gambir is non-halal, not suitable for muslims.
