Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: 2-3 T-shirts, one long-sleeve sweater, jeans, windbreaker, track suit, thick socks, good trekking shoes and gloves.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Iodine, Salt, Ammonia Crystals, Plasters, Triangle Bandage, Chlorine Tablets, sulphur, paracetamol, nasal spray, insect repellent, cotton wool and talcum powder(dry bath)
Photo Equipment: Anti-frost/mist Camera
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Tent, poncho, ground sheet, lighter, firestarter, torch(powerful), can opener, swiss knife, mesh tins, glucose tablets and water bottles
Miscellaneous: Chocolates--destress agent :) and also provide sufficient fats(energy) as you dont really want to eat after the workout.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Sleeveless or short sleeved tee/shirts.
Comfy walking shoes.
Umbrella for the rain or sun.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Any medicine prescribed by your doctors. There are many pharmacies around where you can buy common medications.
Prepare some medications for diarrhoea. It will be useful if you are unlucky and plan to eat at roadside hawkers.
