I know a friend who likes car racing in Malaysia. There's a circuit available for a fee for private use of the circuit. Maybe it will be of interests to some car enthusiasts.

Fact: This is one golf course that is just 20 minutes drive from the Singapore-Johore causeway. Lovely lovely green, even for the driving range. Costing just RM8 for 100 balls, you can really shoot till your hearts content. This 9-holes par-36 public course is in the Permas Jaya township, on the outskirt of johor Baru... The fairway is of cow grass and it plays to 3,125m from the blue tees... The club has a simple golfer's terrance and changing rooms for golfers...
Night golfing is available on Wednesdays... Morning promotion rate is RM35 for 9-holes and RM45 for 18-holes... Caddy is compulsory if available... Buggies are only to be kept on track which is not normal for Johor Baru courses... The clubhouse is very basic but looks very futuristic and impressive with the golfer's terrace overlooking the finishing hole... The changing room need a renovation though... The buggy rate for non-members is RM66 inclusive of tax... The buggy also need an urgent upgrade... This is a 9-holes par-36 public course is designed byRonal Fream... The short course plays to 3,117m from the blue tees is challenging with its hugh but undulating fairways, greenside bunkers and large tricky greens... For those playing a full 18-holes, the second nine plays to 3,195m on the alternate blue tees...
The club has a temprorary clubhouse which house the normal changing rooms and a small golfers terrance... The nine-bay driving range is flood-lit for night use... The course is managed by Ponderosa Golf & Country Resort... Green fees (including buggy) is RM70 (weekdays) and RM100 (weekends) for 18-holes...
