The Minyak Beku Ferry Terminal Sea side food center is located in Minyak Beku,Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia and is part of the ferry terminal complex serving passenger to Indonesian Island Of Sumatra (Selat Panjang) , there is several restaurant shop serving various local food such as Nasi Lemak, Ikan Bakar, otak otak and others Malay local food (halal) and two Chinese restaurant, open air seating facing the strait of Malacca, great place to see sun set and in good day might be able to sea Linear vessels passing through the strait, the Futsal courts is just behind the food court and further down are the 41 units chalet and on the right hand is the Multipurpose Halls, surrounding the complex were several Kampong houses and coconut trees. On hight tide , usually in the evening there are lots of local fishing at the sea front and for me I prefer to do Kayaking.
Favorite Dish: The fist stall (shop) Black Cafe, Very good Nasi Lemak should try nasi lemak special, ikan Bakar ( grill Fish), sago mee , good satay and many more, second stall are more into seafood try his sweet and sour horse shoe crab ( ask the price first), soup Kambing and etc. the third stall basic Malay foods. The 4th stall, good fried clams kway tiaws, maggie mee, ice kacang, etc. The last stall, very good Mee and chilli beehoon (could be very hot), hor fun but mainly steam bot.
