1) You can take a cab to Johor Bahru from Queenstreet (near Bugis / opposite Sim Lim Tower). The cab ride costs S$7 per person. A minimum of 4 persons is needed before the cab will take you to Johor Bahru.
2) From Johor Bahru, you then take another cab directly to Kota Tinggi Town. The cab ride should cost about RM$55.

1) Take a direct bus from Queenstreet (near Bugis / opposite Sim Lim Tower) to Larkin Bus Interchange.
2) From Larkin Bus Interchange, take an Express Bus to Kota Tinggi Bus Interchange at RM 3.50 per person (1hour).
