Excellent satay! The pork satay was chunky and delicious. The satay sauce has pineapple in it.
The satay comes with cucumber slices, pineapple slices, rice and served on a piece of leaf.
This is the highlight of our lunch.

We had our coffee break at Sai Kee Café. Their speciality is the 434 Kopi powder.
Do ask for the coffee to be thick (kopi-kau) else you will find it a bit bland or mild.
The coffee is served from the machine and you will have to add your own creamer and sugar to your coffee.
You could buy their coffee powder and make your own cup of coffee.

We ordered wanton noodles and the noodles were tasty. The wanton noodles came with black sauce, char siew and some green vegetables. We ordered a bowl of Sui Jiao Soup to go with our Wanton noodles.
You could also choose to have sherdded chicken mushroom noodles.

I have no idea what is Mee Bandung and just knew that Muar is famous for it until we finally tasted it.
Even with our heavy lunch and coffee break, we decide to search for Mee Bandung.
Drove around and finally found the store Mee Bandung Muar.
It is noodles in a gravey with egg and seafood or meat. A very unique taste and taste something like Mee Rebus.

The first stall we came across is the Fried Dough stall. The locals call it You Cha Kwai and Hum Jin Bang.
The direct translation of You Cha Kwai is using oil to fry ghost/spirit. Hum Jin Bang simply means frying salted pastry/biscuits.
They also fried dough which is called butterfly as the shape of it looks somewhat like the butterfly. It goes very well with a cup of soya beancurd drink or porridge.

Muar was famous for its Otah. There are a variety of meat to choose from. You could choose from fish meat, fish head meat and prawn meat.
The meat paste are applied onto one side of the leaf and covered with another side of the leaf and stapled or close up with a stick. The otah is then bbq over charcoal till the leaf is slightly burnt.
Each stick of Otah cost RM0.40 to RM0.50.
I think that the Muar otah lack a bit of spicyness.
