This is a general look of street in Segamat with many peoples and cars on the move, I am one of them today, I was searching for a space for my car to park while taking this photo. There were so many good views waiting for me but I was bad luck as the weather was bad when I arrived, dark sky, so I couldn't provide a clear sharp photo of bright...

  • Tallest

This is, from what I can see, the tallest building in Segamat, please correct me if I provide wrong info. I drove around this building as a guide, quite useful indeed. And if you look at the traffic light here, they have time counting and it starts at 99, counting down to 0, meaning you have to wait 99 seconds at the junction.

  • Kedai Kopi Nan Yang

The Nan Yang Coffee Shop is located at Jalan Awang, in the heart of old Segamat town, just of the left hand side of the trunk road to Johor Baru. It serves good coffee and nothing else but toasted bread. The coffee is acceptable and I would grade it as better than the coffee at The Kluang Railway Station. Although the shop is small, it is airy and...

Nanyang restaurant at Jalan Awang, post code 85000, Segamat, Johor state, Malaysia. Well, just look at the architecture, its like going back to 1950s during the British days, absolute antiquity ambience, the interior too, plus all the dining materials, even some of the kitchen workers were old men. The name too was old enough, Nanyang meaning...

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Train services are available from Singapore to Segamat, fare range from S$12-38 for different class of seats.

Train will take a longer time to reach as compare to driving our own car. However, I always consider the train ride is another kind of interesting experience
