Note that there are different counters for different genders to pay in Kelantan supermarket.
It is shown on a sign whether for male or female to queue. However, in daily life, there is no different from Kelantan to the other states in Malaysia. Both gender can still communicate in the public, sit and walk together.
What surprise me is, couples before marriage can also hold hands.. no restriction at all.. seems like we heard too much rumour about a muslim state. Leave a Comment

Yes, there is no cinema in Kota Bharu. I was asking if I can catch a movie in KB, but my friend told me there is no cinema in KB.
They explained, if there were to be a cinema constructed, it has to be compartmentalize into two, one for male and the other for female. To save the trouble, as well dont build a cinema.. Leave a Comment
