Favorite thing: Jerantut is a small town lying in the middle of the crossroad to Taman Negara. Visitors coming by bus sure must visit this small town to refresh or refill or to buy tickets and many more. Visitors to Taman Negara will come to this small town to rest for one or two days and because of this reason, the town has a famous backpackers' Inn to provide package tour to the big jungle of Taman Negara. I have been to that Inn to stay one night but couldn't recall the name. If you want to locate that Inn, you can ask any shop owner in town because that was the only few very obvious things in this little place. The town is not only just that but also has many interesting shops, restaurants, old buildings, old peoples, etc and at night we enjoyed our dinner at a restaurant nearby the Malay food court. The restaurant is perhaps so famous for tourists because I saw whole bunch of them that night.
