Ambience is good because you can see hunks playing beach volleyball, enjoy the sea view and breeze while having your meals or drinks. One of the good service they provide is free tansport to and from your resort if you dine there. One of the malay waiter can speak mandarin too.

The restaurant offers a variety of Asian, Japanese and Western food. It is not air-conditioned but there are ceiling fans that may switch on if requested. The sea view is partially blocked by the beach front bar and Divers Cove.
Try to avoid the Sirloin steak (RM25) because it was difficult to chew. If you like chicken breast meat, you can try the Italian or black pepper chicken chop (RM20).
There are many choices of seafood to choose from - live lobsters,
crabs, prawns, fishes, pizzas, sushis, fried rice (RM8), noodles and etc.
Do note that there is a service charge of 10%.
Their pizzas are quite nice. It costs around 16 Malaysia Ringgit. This is the only air-conditioned restaurant in Berjaya Beach Resort but if you have a choice, don't ever try because the service and food was not up to our standard. The food prices are expensive. We had no choice because we were dead hungry and other nearby restaurants were packed due to Labour day weekend. The ambience was alright. Not many guests patronised. May be because of the prices and the food.

The food was tasty and delicious. May be because we were hungry but the ambience was good with nice seaview and sheltered. There were fans in the nicely decorated shelter.

The restaurant is designed according to the traditional Malay house...nice...
It's surrounded by trees and plants...that's the thing about Salang Pusaka...they're into floras!!!
This place usually has variety of fishes and other seafood to choose.
Prices of food are almost the same as other places.
It's always crowded at night...but they got plenty of seats...no worries. However, if you wish to seat outside...do come early...
The only food that I like here is its seafood especially its sweet, sour n spicy dipping... which I found really tasty...you can't find it elsewhere. The place is cozy...from my experience the workers were warm n helpful... 98% dining here mostly are foreigners.
It's a bit isolated from the other restaurants since Salang Sayang Resort is at the far end of Salang.
If you're into reggae...should check out this place. You can enjoy your meals while tuning in reggae music...they're into reggae..but other music are on the air as well....
Of all the local n western cuisine prepared here...seafood noodle is my favourite. It's fantastic. The cook used a type of Chinese noodle (Hokkien noodle) instead of the usual yellow noodle. Delima Tom Yam Seafood restaurant is a decent restaurant that caters to both tourist and staff of Berjaya Tioman Beach, Golf & Spa Resort. Hence, the price of food here is quite reasonable without sacrifing the taste and quality of food served.
The restaurant specialised in Tom Yam and Seafood meals, I would say the food is quite good since I ended up having my dinner twice here during my stay in Tioman. The place is not that cozy...but it's located very near to the beach.
It's an almost 100% concrete restaurant...so...there's not much of islandy mood here...
The thing that keeps me going to this place was it's fried noodles. I'm a noodles fan...so, I would rate it's fried noodles 7.5/10 if compared to other places there.

You can find variety of food here n most of them are nice.
Prices are almost the same as other places. Not too cheap n not too expensive...
You can either dine in the restaurant or outside where the tables and chairs are placed on the sand. It's pretty hot during the day but it's great to seat outside at night.
You'll also find tasty fruit juices here...really tasty.
The place can get really crowded especially at night. Be there early for good seats..
My favourite is its "sotong goreng tepung"... squids are dipped in flour n then fried, really sweet and tasty.
Next delicious meal is its cheese omelette. I just hope they won't change their cook!!!

There are many local 'cafe' set up and operated by the villagers that caters mostly to visitors. The breakfast is either local breakfast of nasi lemak or fried noodles and of course the great american breakfast comprising of toast, eggs and sausage washed down with nescafe. For dinner most of the cafe serves local cuisine like nasi goreng/friend rice or thai influenced dishes like tomyam and rice.
Breakfast never exceeds RM5.00 though more expansive than breakfast in KL, but bear in mind the operators have to haul the food stuff from mainland as nothing is cultivated or reared on Tioman. Leave a Comment Theme: AmericanDirections: Everywhere on Tioman
