Kelab Golf Bera - Temerloh

by chiabh

The course, open in 1999, appears to be not very popular with golfers... There are bare patches on the fairways and the big clubhouse is not very well maintained...The par-72 course play to 6,194m from the blue tee with the front nine playing to 3,005m... The longer back nine plays to 3,189m...

The course is rather flat, with some holes playing towards the sea... The 1st nine plays to 3,002m while the 2nd nine plays to 3,096m from the blue tee... The par-72 course is now newly renovated and managed by Suajana Scape & Greem Sdn Bhd or SSG Links... Green fees for 18-holes is RM73.50 (weekdays) and RM105.00 (weekends) for visitors and RM52.50 (weekdays) and RM73.50 (weekends) for resort guest... Buggy is another RM52.50 for 18-holes... There is a promotion package of RM66 (weekdays) and RM83 (weekends) per golfer inclusive of green fees, buggy fee and daily insurance...The best route from K Lumpur is Seremban-K Pilah-Batu Kikir-Serting-Bandar Tun Razak-Muadzam Shah-Lanjut... From the south, drive from Segamat-Muadzam Shah-Lanjut...

4-Wheeling or Rain Forest Challenge

If you are happen to own or rent a mean, off-road worthy 4WD machine during your stay in Malaysia. You will find Pahang a 4-wheeling heaven. Some world toughest treks such as Jeli-Cameron, Bekok-Kg. Peta trails are capable to kill any stock 4WD machine.Of course some 4WD manufacturing & distribution such as Suzuki, Ford & Mitsubishi will have some form of stock machine friendly clubs & trails. But tougher trails that pass through national parks are not for the meek, you've been warned!! 4WD Machine & all the necessary off-road accessories such as Mud tires, electric winch, hoe, camping gears & other weather gears.

Q:  I'm going to Malaysia in June/July and will be going to Taman Negara around the 3rd/4th. I will be going onto the east coast/...

A: Well Im not sure of your budget. The best way is to rent a car and the road in Malaysia is fantastic. By car you can get to Taman Negara from KL for less than one hour....
