This library was built in 1882 and is located along the main road that leads to the Lake Gardens and Zoo.
Originally built to house troublesome miners, later used by the Japanese during the WW2. After that the British used it to hold the communists.
The library, which is sadly not popular with the local kids who prefer to watch TV or sit beside the lake ....................
