This family must be rich in Sungai Bakap some time ago.
Now, their grand children only come back once a while for family gathering, most of them living at some other places in Malaysia or other countries.
It is located at the Sungai Bakap old town opposite the police station.

The 18-hole international par excellence golf course is crafted out making use of the undulations of a scenic valley... From most of the elevated teeboxes you will be able to see the green and the hazards ahead, mature palm and rubber trees combine with sharp slopes to narrow the landing areas considerably.... The key to low scores at Kristal is to be able to hit straight, not long, as off-line shots could wind up out of bounds, unplayable or in dense vegetation...

The course comes with Japanese-influenced landscaping which certainly enhance the scenic value of Kristal. The drink hut between the 5th and 12th holes straddles a gurgling boulder-strewn creek, providing visual as well as liquid refreshment for tired golfers.

The course is both challenging and refreshing to the avid golfer...

secne of the golf course... getting there... kristal... bird's eye view...

Favorite thing: Since 2008, I used to exchange my foreign currency whenever I travel oversea at this not so impress outlet. It is located at Sungai Bakap old town along the main road, just opposite the Sungai Bakap Police Station and on the left side of the Kee Family big house.
Local people used to exchange their foreign currency at this money changer too. We used to get better exchange rate here compare to the money changer located in the shopping complex or the bank.
UPDATE : THIS PREMISES HAS CEASED OPERATION SINCE JULY 2013
after that, I used to exchange foreign currency at Pusat Bandar Money Changer, Parit Buntar
