Try Baan Chiang Puak ( White Elephant ) at Burma Road ...well this restaurant is more classy type compared to earlier hawkers food I mentioned
nice Thai setting and music...
Also there is one Thai restaurant called Yellow Light ( near Tanjung Tokong and Island Plaza ).
so just try the Green Curry (yu can choose to go with Prawn, or meat etc etc ) and Otak otak will be good enough ( be warned that the Green Curry is quite spicy ...so you may want to ask them to make it not so hot ) ...well as for me the hotter the better ... You need a car to drive up and it is on a muddy winding road up. Contact a local if you are interested.

Oh ya the opening time is from 1130pm till 10 00pm. Becareful if you are driving down in the night, as it can be qute a challenge to drive down the hill during the night with no road lamp. Leave a Comment

The restaurant serves Thai cuisine. The delicious and spicy food is among the best in Penang and also priced reasonably. Famous with their kerabu, green curries, plad padprik, pud pet chicken, lemon squids and of course the best is still Tomyam. Get some cool drinks if you can't take spicy food, as they are really cooked with those red hot small chillies.
Dining in such a great place is just wondeful. What can I say more ! Just take the spicy food slowly and enjoy the breathtaking views and the fresh air. Stay a little longer with your love one. Enjoy the dark blue sky till you see the stars. No rush! They close at 10pm, I think.
