A fitness centre in Bandar Utama...in PJ

Oh well, just a fitness centre in Centrepoint where you can sweat out your body...
Some of my friends like to come here to do the 'gym' things...but me, I would do it in the comfort of my room !

What else to do but swim at the huge surf beach, which is actually shallow and would only be deep once you go near the Volcano, where the wave pool is located.

The Surf Beach of the Sunway Lagoon is the largest area of the Theme Park and is supposed to be the largest man made sandy beach and also has the world's largest wave pool located in the end part of the huge lagoon pool. it also has a man made volcano that erupts at certain times and a stage area in the side as this surf beach also doubles as a concert and party venue at night during private events.

Equipment: just your basic swimming wear and goggles
