The Port Klang Golf Resort plays to 6,280m from the blue tees... with the 1st Nine playing to 3,172m and the 2nd Nine at 3,108m... The course is rather flat being along the sea coast... The course in not playable during the rainy season as it will be very soggy... You will come across many crows on the fairways and greens...

The Subang National Golf Club is now known by its local name Kelab Golf Negara Subang (or KGNS)... It was opened in 1968 by the then Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman, who was instrumental in founding the club... The club has two 18-holes course ~ the 18-holes championship Putra Course and the other 18-holes Kelana Course... The challenging Putra Course, with the Agong's Nine and Tunku's Nine, play to 3,188m each from the blue tees, making a total of 6,326m... The course is rather flat with minimum hazards but comparative long... Fairway is of cow grass but immaculately maintained... The greens are elevated and fast... The shorter Kelana Course play to 5,732m from the blue tees... The Sultan's Nine plays to 2,923m with the Tun's Nine playing to 2,800m... The layout is similar to that of the Putra Course wth cow grass fairways... As this is the shorter course, it is also referred to as the kiddy course by KGNS members... The club has a Chinese restuarant and a popular Golfer's Terrance... There is also a bar and lounge for relaxation after a hard round of golf... The Golfer's Terrance is noted for its good and relatively cheap food...
The course is popular and golfing traffic is high throughout the week... Only foursomes are allowed during weekends and public holidays... Both trolleys and buggies are allowed on the course... As this is a members' club, it is not open to public... Other than golfers who have reciprocal agreement with the club, non-members can only play with members and each member can only introduce one guest...
