Basically, during the night, the island is very much quiet except for the sounds of resort guests walking about the cafeteria and games area. At the games area, on weekends, guests would play Chinese "Mahjong" or some groups will be chatting away the night, making new friends over cups of hot coffee/tea or play a game of cards.

One of the local told us that every night they can usually catch 2-3 falling stars in the sky.
Too bad it was full moon when we were there so the sky was super bright and difficult to spot a falling star.

Not much of a nightlife on this island.
Blue Coral's nightlife = watching TV or drinking at the restaurant.
Redang Lang's nightlife = loud music. (That's what I can hear vaguely from Blue Coral)
Square Point's nightlife = music and playing pool. They are in the midst of building their mini pub.
D'Coconut's nightlife = watching TV or majong for the locals.

Ok, I don't blame you if you think I'm a little out of whack to suggest this but this is an activity you should try at least once! Sea creatures, like land animals become stangely awake once night descends so you'll see lots activity on your night excursion. Try the house reef at Redang Lang.
Dress Code: Bring your own diving torch if you can. Hubby and I paid RM30 / torch which we felt was a total rip-off. But we shut up once we went into the water and saw those huge fish..

Ok, there is no nightlife at D'Coconut Lagoon. No pubs no discos and the 'restaurant' closes at 12 so no late night supper either. Either go star watching, play board games (if you brought any) or turtle watching (if you dare to climb those rocks to the other side of the beach and see if u get lucky)

Lang Tengah is an isolated and tiny island with little entertainment. You come here to relax and for the snorkelling.
In the hotel we were at, there was a nice lounge to sit in and listen to the waves. But they didn't provide any board games or anything. So bring your own entertainment.
In the hotel up the beach (Redang Lang Resort) they had karaoke sessions everynight if you're into that.

Yeah, night time is awfully good for making corny pictures, so don't forget to bring your tripod!

Other than the bar and TV at the lounge, Lang Tengah (DCL in particular) at night was pretty much dead, but that could also mean "it depends on your creativity".
