Lotus Hotel: Roti canai

by celbee

They make the best roti in all of Malaysia. Try their roti canai and ask for the milk dip. Oh so yummy. I think it is best enjoyed right after they cooked it (you can watch as they cook it) coz it's still warm and soft. It's like thin pancake in appearance. Choose from a variety of dip (or sauce?) so you can enjoy it. Roti canai

Restaurant New Good World, Melaka: Excellent local Chinese cuisines

by hopang

Restaurant New Good World is located at Taman Melaka Raya just within a stone's throw from Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre at Bandar Hilir in the heart of the city of Melaka. It is an excellent local Chinese restaurant serving delicious Chinese cuisines. Every dish we ordered from the kitchen turned out to be excellent, it has to be said. You may order your meal from the restaurant's menu or you may ask the chef or the captain for advice on the restaurant's specialties. Chicken, tofu, local seafood such as fish and prawns cooked in Chinese style can be recommended.

Cosmo Noodle Bar, Melaka: An excellent noodles house

by hopang

Cosmo Noodle Bar is located at Taman Melaka Raya just within a stone's throw from Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre at Bandar Hilir in the heart of the city of Melaka. It is an excellent local noodle house, quite cosy with pinkish interior. This is a duoble storey restaurant with ample seating spaces. It is one of the few respectable noodle houses in the city of Melaka. Services are impeccable, it has to be said. Wonton noodle with barbeque pork, sweet and sour pork rice, fried spicy chili octopus served with iced green tea.

Restoran KFC, Kuala Lumpur: Fingers licking good!

by hopang

Restaurant KFC does not require much introduction except in countries where there are no KFC restaurants. It is world famous! It was formerly known as Restaurant Kentucky Fried Chicken. Restaurant KFC is one of our favourite restaurants home and abroad. We love Restaurant KFC ever since we were kids. It is amazing how long KFC restaurants have been established in Malaysia and are still going strong! Its original motto "fingers licking good" suggests that it is best to eat the fried chickens with fingers. Basins are usually provided in the restaurants for you to wash your hands before and after your meals. Nine out of ten Malaysians eat their Kentucky fried chickens using fingers in local KFC restaurants! The food may not be healthy for those who are especially health conscious due to its process of deep fried. Nevertheless it tastes great! Our favourite menu is spicy chicken drumsticks...

Chin Swee Restaurant, Genting Highlands: Superb vegetarian food

by hopang

Chin Swee Vegetarian Restaurant is located at Chin Swee Temple Complex, just several kilometers downhill (approximately 10 minute drive) from the main Genting Highlands Resort in the state of Pahang. The restaurant serves delicious vegetarian dishes such as fried noodles, fried rice, mixed vegetable rice and many other vegetarian dishes. Prices are affordable. They are even cheaper than those of many restaurants at the main Genting Highlands Resort. The restaurant is highly recommended to local and foreign tourists. Our favourite meals are Hong Kong fried vegetarian noodles and Malaysian fried vegetarian rice.

Restaurant Chili's Grill and Bar, Kuala Lumpur: Hot spicy food

by hopang

Restaurant Chili's Grill and Bar is located at Lot G(E) - 12 on ground floor of Mid Valley Megamall along Lingkasan Syed Putra in Kuala Lumpur. This is quite a new restaurant serving not only spicy hot chilli food but also other less spicy food. The food in the restaurant is generally quite expensive in relation to Kuala Lumpur's food price standard. Nevertheless the food is truly delicious. There are numerous number of tv screens for diners to enjoy some entertainment while they enjoy their meals. The services at the restaurant are impeccable it has to be said as there are sufficient number of waiters and waitresses! Fried delicious mouth-watering spicy chicken wings and chicken legs with yogurt sauce.
