Public transport is next to non-existence in Semenyih.
There are principally two modes of transport: bus and taxi. T
There are regular service to/from Kajang. The fare is only 70sen. There is no timetable available. Once there are enough passengers, the bus will depart. The bus stand to Kahjang is just outside Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (SJK) Semenyih, which is opposite the Chinese temple (Bus from Kajang stops in the bus stop, directly next to the temple. The bus itself is blue and yellow, with the writing "Bas Mini" outside.

There is not a taxi stand in Semenyih Sentral, you must call the taxi station beforehand. There simply wouldn't be any taxi around the town.
