North from Kampung Pimping's "main street" you can find a deer farm. About 100 deers are being kept here. It's nice to see the animals in all sizes, from old ones with big antlers to young "Bambi" ones. The farm started a couple of years ago with only a few deers, and know it is over-populated! The breeded obviously is successfull.
Another nice experience was at the other side of the road: the people living there were shocked to see us at the deer farm. Why? We were the very first orang putih (White people) they had ever seen in their lives!

Just outside of the Kampung, you will find the completely empty beach of the village: Pantai Pimping. From here you can see Pulau Tiga at the horizon and several self-made fishermen-islands in the sea.
At the beach itself you will see thousends of little holes in the sand made by small crabs, dead wood, and nice palmtrees and other plants. A nice place for a long walk along the waterside, without seeing a single tourist drinking his cocktail on the beach!

Kampung Pimping is situated at the banks of a small river. You can cross the river by car by crossing a very steep wooden bridge just outside the village. If you want to get to the other side of the water inside the "centre" you should used a beautiful narrow suspension bridge.
This bridge is located just behind the mosque of the village. Standing in the middle of the bridge you have a great view of the small houses at the Kampung-side and the palmtrees at the jungle-side.
