The food, ambience, and service rate 5 star for this place. No it does not have linens and silver, but you'll never get treated better, or have a better meal than here! Especially the Aussie Wagyu steaks. They are to die for.
The owner Raja, see's to each and every one of his "people" (you're treated like friends) as though you've been coming here for years.
This night he was short staffed, but still managed to visit every table to say hello and offer his assistance if required. The highlight, was watching his young son working in the restaurant as though he were a professional! Great young man and family!
This place is a MUST when traveling to KK. I think we'd come back here just to visit the reataurant and Raja family!
Jan and John from Brunei.
Favorite Dish: Did I mention the food! Oh yea, probably the best beef you'll ever have, and all the sides are remarkable as well. Also, DO NOT leave before trying the Homemade Chocolate Pudding. Another masterpiece in the making!

About a 20 minute ride from the Tajung Aru Hotel. The best steaks that you will ever have. Why go there for steak? Because you will not taste any better anywhere in the world. Cooked to perfection, service fantastic. The owner Raja is full of stories from his own travels. He'll join you at your table for a beer and treat you as if you are visiting his family home. The staff are excellent and ultra friendly. Amy is a sweetheart and very switched on.
Favorite Dish: Tenderloin steak and the lamb steaks. Yes, we went twice in 10 days such was the great food and service. We could have gone every night. The chocolate dessert is the best I've had and even though I was full from the main meal I couldn't resist it.

This is a very popular seafood restaurant by the waterfront for the tourists & tour groups. So be there early or else you have to stand outside the main entrance to wait for your turn. This eatery is halal so it's suitable for muslim tourists as well.
Once you have stepped inside the restaurant compound, the most fascinating sight is the numerous fish tanks with with live seafood. It serves a variety of seafood, from the most common to the exotic ones, like coconut crab, geoduck, etc. Go pick your seafood, weigh them & ask to be cooked to your liking & perfection.
Price here is a bit on the high side due to its clientele consists mainly of tourists. However, the food quality here is assured of freshness & tastiness. You can chose your seating in air-conditioned room or outdoor huts.
Favorite Dish: Praying mantis prawn fried with pepper & salt
Sabah vegetables fried with belacan paste

Little Italy is a friendly restaurant with a nice atmosphere. There are interestingly so many waiters in this restaurant and this makes the service very fast. The pizzas are delicious and you can enjoy other Italian specialties too. The price was not expensive and it was very crowded when we had our lunch in the afternoon.

What is the best way to enjoy seafood? You choose your fish, prawns, lobsters, crabs and other seafood while they are still alive and wait for them to be prepared as you wish. At Sedco Square, the big glass aquariums exhibit every type of fish and seafood available and ready to be cooked according to your wish. We chose a lobster to be prepared with creamy butter sauce, some veggies to accompany our food, big prawns with black pepper sauce, seafood fried rice and beers. At the end of our meal came a platter of fruits. If you had this meal in Singapore I don't know how much it would cost you, but in Seri Selera it cost us 212 RM. Yes it is like a joke when you know how much you would pay for the same meal anywhere in the world. The service was quick at the time we arrived, but later it got slower when many tables were occupied. Luckily we didn't need to wait for anything at all. If you go earlier, you are likely to enjoy more. The table which arrived half an hour later than us were still waiting for their food when we were leaving 40 minutes later.
