local village market: anything from the sea

all sorts of marine life for sale..

you can get anything that you see in the sea.. it's pretty shocking to see all the colourful fishes that divers and snorkellers marvel over lying dead on the market stalls.. so, it all depends on if you dare to eat them.. :P

What to buy: there's a dive master who once said that the easiet way to remember the fishes is by knowing how they taste.. :) oh well, if you think along that line.. have a try and let me know how it tastes!

The are the local people and sell the handmade shell necklace at the pier.

What to buy: The necklace was in different kind of marine life that made of natural shell. e.g. Manta ray, turtle, squid, butterfly fish, shark, angel fish.

What to pay: Bargain and get cheaper price. I buy five at USD 4 each. If buy it from resort, cost USD 7 to 8
