I visited Finnegan's Pub for a quick pint while in Kuala Lumpur in December 2005.
In common with most pubs in the Malaysian capital, the beer is pretty expensive. I had a pint of the cheapest draught beer, Tiger (RM23 + 5% tax + 10% service charge).
There is a large selection of beers:
Draught beers:
Beamish Stout (RM29);
Carlsberg (RM23);
Guinness (RM26);
Heineken (RM25);
Kilkenny (RM28);
Tetley's (RM28).
Bottled beers:
There is a large choice of bottled beers, ranging from Skol (RM13.50) to SN Spitfire (RM30). Most bottles (Budweiser, Corona, Fosters, Heineken, Paulaner, Stella, Tiger, VB) cost around RM20.
Food:
The restaurant has an extensive food menu with various soups, sandwiches, pizzas, meat pies, roast dinners, steaks and assorted desserts.
There are a number of wooden tables with umbrellas outdoors, while the air-conditioned interior has several large screen TVs showing live sport.

Supposedly an expat bar - but there was a good mix of locals there too.
Fantastic music, great crowd, reasonably priced drinks and a good dart board ;)
Go Finnegans Sri Hartamas!
Go for the large comfy couches near the entry.

Hahahah - Frank would absolutely KILL me should I not mention Finns - btw - tq for the flowers ol chap. Anyways, Finnegans Bangsar - (and Hartamas) is a must see for any traveller to KL. Its not in KL proper admittingly but its worth trip and a club hopping scene is brought to an art form here. Mind you, service can be a tad bit slow due to the amount of PATRONS! And where else do ladies drink for free on Sat's ???
Dress Code: Casual - from dressed to the 9's to flip flops - but mostly smart casual here.
