Various: Shopping Centre - Sungai Wang Plaza

    Sungai Wang Plaza...

Sungai Wang Plaza is a very popular local shopping complex... and it is always crowded with shoppers... The complex is literally "following with money"... as Sungai Wang means the River of Money...

What to buy: Sungai Wang Plaza is sometimes known as the "mecca of Far East fashion"... it is the mall to go for a good variety of latest fashion trends from Hongkong, Japan, Taiwan and China...It is also a popular spot to shop for mobile phones, if you don't get it here... chances are that you won't get it anywhere else....

The major anchor tenant is Parkson Department Store which is quickly losing its popularity.... There is a food court on the upper level and a whole variety of shops catering to the local crowd...

    Starhill Shopping Complex

Starhill Shopping Complex is an upper class shopping complex... It is part of the JW Marriot Hotel building with an up class food outlet call Shooks on the lower ground floor...

What to buy: The complex carries most of the up market branded goods... including Dunhill etc... Cortina Watch Boutique carries a wide selection of the world most famous watch brands... This complex is certainly not for the average tourists....

    bbpark

BB Park used to be KL's main entertainment centre during the colonial days but it has been re-emerged as a bazaar style shopping area.
