LRT - Light Rail Transit, Kuala Lumpur
The KL LRT service is fantastic for quickly getting around KL, if it serves the area you want.
It is fast, frequent, cheap and very easy to use.

Going around in Kuala Lumpur is convenient with the LRT (Light Rail Transit) system. There are 3 lines: Star, Putra, and KL Monorail. For detailed information including maps, see the website.

Wait for a while, not that long...Every 2 to 3 minutes or so, you'll get to onboard the LRT trains & ready to do some sightseeings along the way to your intended destinations...
It is very convenient. It is faster than taking taxi when LRT covers your destination. It is pity the network of LRT is not wide enough now. But I hope it will grow.
The PRT and LRT systems are inexpensive and efficient. You can hop on the elevated rail directly from the new train station to your destination.
It's also could bring you to Stadium Bukit Jalil as well directly from Plaza Rakyat or Masjid Jamek Station.
