When you can't dive or when you don't like diving............or the case of Janine....when your husband can't dive and you don't like to dive without him.............you can also go snorkeling !It is almost as beautiful as diving !Floating on the waves and looking at the miraculous sealife under you, makes you feel like living in another world for a moment.

Floating on a chair ??!!??

On the island were some plastic chairs that we could use for lying on the beach in the sun.But...not only for on the beach...........the chairs could also be taken inside to water ...........and we were floating and floating and floating..........on the music of the waves............

Diving ! Enjoying the underwaterworld !

Diving in the clear water of the Maledives is a real MUST.Andrea never dived before, so he followed a course. On the Maledives you can follow these courses everywhere.Andrea wanted to have is paddy-brevet and did some exercises in the swimmingpool before going in the open water of the ocean.Already in the pool, he had some problems with his ears.........which became worse and worse.Unfortunately he could only enjoy the underwaterworld of the Maledives just one time and after that the doctor told him never to dive again. :-(Well...it means that these pictures are unique ! :-))
