You will get what they have ... lots of milk products and mutton meat, fat of course, Mongolian people love fat mutton meat.In this region of Mongolia you will get often a soup in the evening. It's made of dried meat, water, spices and noddles or rice.Tea with milk and salt.Joghurt with sugar.They will spoil you how much they can. Leave your wish for delicacies at home and try what ever you get. If your stomach and intestines can handle it, you will enjoy it, for sure. But never expect clean dishes or cutlery.
