At our lodge they soon run out of chang (rice wine) when we are in town. This leaves us with little choice but to search the Tharu village for any household with chang stocks for sale.
We often get invited in to sample extremely hot chutneys or snuggle round the family fire so I can pull silly faces at the kids whilst the brew is bottled-up.
