I think it is needed to use local products to provide the special dishes to tourists. And I would like to recommend to promote the local production for the touristic interests. The popularity can be expanded by providing basic clean services, using environmental friendly examples of the production using local raw materials and indigenious techniques. But, it the danger if we use such imported materials and can not provide native hospitality to tourists, it will started to decrease the charming and attraction of the Langtang itself.
Peoples are quite good and attitude is very positive.
