Porter safety and insurance is something worthwhile looking into especially if you're going to hire your own independent porters. Some of the accomodation for porters can be shockingly poor and the won't ever complain. They are great easy going people who work hard to earn a buck but as employeer you have a responsibility for their safety and wellbeing.
