At the view point of Nagarkot remains the eartwhile king's retreat. This place has been converted into Club Himalaya ( a five star Resort & Spa). They have this sprawling restaurant called Restaurant Kantipur. Have a look at the place, what could be better than this! A true befitting place for a King!
Favorite Dish: Since we visited in off season the menu was not very elaborate but very large no of Nepali and Indian dishes were available. We had fixed Indian menu lunch, consisting of Dal, Naan, Chicken, Vegetables, Rice etc. It was an excellent experience. Food was very good.

Café du mont is an outlet of Peaceful Cottage & café du mont and you can relish on various cuisines namely French, Italian, Indian, Nepali, chinese and continential. The choice is yours. You can enjoy hot and delicious meals here with an excellent views seen from the restaurant of the resort. It is rather cheap as well.
Favorite Dish: Italian Cheese special pizza was my favourite dish here with pasta.

This was a hole in the wall, excuse me, a shuck hanging over a ravine, where local family was offering little nibblies for tourists and liquor.
Favorite Dish: I asked for local drink and there it was: RAKSI, potent hard liquor with a smell that can kill the faint-hearted.
