While out and about trekking in the region, just be a bit careful of all the ponies, cattle and Yaks etc which the locals use to transport goods from village to village. They are pretty docile really, but they do tend to to take up a lot of the trail..... and they don't generally stop for you.
If you're half way over one of the suspension bridges and a train of them start to cross from the other side, i would turn round and get off the bridge, or if you are on a narrow piece of trail and you hear their bells coming round the corner, find a spot on the inside of the trail away from any edges and stop there so there is no chance of being pushed off by accident.
