No exist TOURIST or LUXURY BUS only LOCAL BUS.
Trip take 9 hours.
Try a Jeep for 300 Indian Rs. May be sometime you are in 3 peoples, sometime in 15 peoples on the Jeep.
Very long transfert.
Second way is take a bus to Gorakhpur and then train to Varanasi
