we went through lucknow which was definitely an adventure then a tourist bus to kathmandu. be well rested before you start this one and pray that your bus stays on the road.
when treking into everst it is best to walk in to allow the body to adjust to the elevation changes gradually, lus you miss so much flying into the everest hotel. the primroses and mica paths are something to be experienced.
buses for sure , except in the cities which is bikes. walking is a good pace to experience the cultural reality of the peopld

what an experience to take a rickshaw!!! But it is not as romantic as it looks!!! They drive like devils!!!!
