While on a journey to Pakistan, it is not generally welcomed to stare at anyone, specially do not stare at women because you might have trouble with their husbands or male relatives and the women themselves don't like it... When meeting people of the same sex, you usually will be expected to shake hands at least, women-to-women meeting is often by hugging and kissing cheeks for 'hello' and 'see you later'. When you are introduced to a lady or meeting a person of the opposite sex, do not shake hands, however, but it is ok to say 'Goodmorning' or 'Goodafternoon'... Do not be surprised by Pakistani people talking all the time loudly, everyone at the same time, as if they were arguing about something. When leaving a meeting, you might be 'forced' in a friendly manner to stay some more time and perhaps have a dinner with the host and you should never refuse because it is shame for him/her, unless you have a good reason that you must politely explain...
