    Supreme Court of Pakistan Building

Supreme Court of Pakistan is one of the important buildings in Islamabad. It is situated on the Constitution Avenue near Prime Minister's Secretariat, President's House and the Parliament House. The building could be easily identified because of its unique design that was prepared by' a famous Japanese firm.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan was established on 2nd March 1956 under the 1956 constitution of Pakistan. The old Supreme Court building was located in sister city Rawalpindi. Later on 31st December 1993 the Court shifted to its new premises in Islamabad. If you are in Islamabad then don't forget to take photographs of this beautiful, unique but impressive building.

The Supreme Court building is situated on the Constitution Avenue. Towards its north is the Prime Minister's Secretariat and to the south are President's House and the
    Parliament Building.

The building's design was prepared by a famous Japanese firm, Kenzo Tange Associates. The Pakistan Environmental Planning and Architectural Consultant (PEPAC) served as
    consultant and interior designer.

This building has a great architectural look.
