From Islamabad G-9 central market which is also called 'Karachi Company' there are coaster known as 'flying coaches' and mini buses which leave for Peshawar and other cities. It is most suitable for those travellers who are in Islamabad or who were staying in Islamabad because then they do not have to go to Rawalpindi Pir Vidhai grand bus station to catch a bus to Peshwar.
Simply ask any taxi driver to take u to G-9 Karachi company he should NOT take more than 100 Rs. from u from anywhere in Islamabad. Minimum could be 20 Rs. if u r round the corner.
There are many flying coaches and mini buses regularly operating to and fro between Islamabad & Peshwar.
I took a flying coach which is 25% more comfortable than a mini bus but same in fare. The one way fare was 90 Rs. per person. The travel time (under rain) was 2 Hrs and 45 mins. Usually people were telling me that this coach should take around 2 Hrs 30 Mins.

A: I don't think it gonna rain so much that you would need 4 BOATS for roaming around Islamabad.
