Well what i felt there was that people are not fond of going to restaurants. So if u go to any restaurant and feel that no one comes here and the restaurant is about to bankrupt but especially when u will be paying ur bill u will notice people are so used to of seeing almost none in restaurant at night which i didn't like.
Plus double check ur bill their at 99% possibility that u may end up paying more than the actual price. So be careful while paying bills. And if by chance they forget to pay back the rest of money make sure u remind them on time because they may argue that u didn't give any extra money. And this may become difficult for u to get that money back.Per person food may cost 300 Ruppies maximum and minimum 150 or 200 Ruppies.
Favorite Dish: Food is not at all good in restaurants.u just may eat it cox u have to eat some thing..at least it doesn't meet my standard of reasonable food taste. My stay in Abbottabad was for a short time so i couldn't check more restaurants there. May be there could be some one or 2 good restaurants. But there are not much chances of it.I ordered for a barbecue leg piece of chicken with bread and a coke and it cost me some what 150 to 200 ruppies.Food was enough for me but food was little over cooked.

Red Onion, the famous restaurants chain in Pakistan has presence in Abbottabad as well. Their food is really good and interior impressive. Every dish is served with onion rings covered by red sauce.
One weekends they have roof top barbecue along with live music. But their service is a bit slow. Still you can call it one of best restaurants in Abbottabad.
Incase you are traveling to Northern areas then its not a bad idea to stop here for lunch.
Favorite Dish: Try their Red Onion Special burger and Bar-b-Que chicken pizza. All dishes are equally good.

Food is good and prices are reasonable. Its nice stop for transit if you are traveling to northern areas of Pakistan.
Favorite Dish: Try their tuti fruity or chicken karahi

There is nothing special about the surroundings of this small kiosk cum resturant except for that it is situated in front of the Ayub Medical Complex. Just ask for the Chicken or Beef Karahi and within fifteen minutes ( give a bit more time for the chicken) you will have no regrets trying out this mouth watering delicacy. If the surroundings do not bother you , just grab a chair in front of his kiosk and order away.
Favorite Dish: Chicken Karahi

Extremly good food at extremly reasonable price.
Favorite Dish: I had Chicken Krahi, a typical punjabi dish, which was superb. Yet fried rice and bar-b-que ordered were fantastic.
