The people of Chitral have a passion for their traditional dances and music like they have a passion for their traditional game of mountain polo. There are a number of local music clubs located in the homes of people where people gather ( on invitation) to see a music and dance performance. The crowd watching the performance soon become very much a part of the show and early during the show people from the crowd are seen joining the dancing or just clapping to the music. This is a mens only show.
Dress Code: Wear the casual dress of your own country. You will be expected to take off your shoes before entering the room so be prepared with a pair you can easily take off. You may also want to ensure that you are not wearing torn socks!
