In Chitral, as soon as dusk falls locals close their shops and rush to their homes and except PIA Chowk where one can find Ice cream & cold drink shops, restaurants with Afghani Rice and this hustle bustle’s alive till 10, 11 PM but when there’re full moon nights I prefer to sit on the terrace of
Hotel City Tower, Shahi Masjid Road Chitral.
Sitting on the chair and looking at the full moon, the scene’s breathtaking and it’s the most spectacular view from the terrace of the hotel, while having the sips of some drink (Cognac, Madeira, Rose or local wine) or rolling a joint of local hash.
In addition, if you’re following for some trekking itinerary and on the high pastures and you get the full night I assure you it’ll be one of the best nights of your life.
