It's my crappy carpet!

As I left my hotel, I noticed a guy running after a rickshaw that had these carpets on top. I though, how strange, and paused to watch. THen a couple more guys joined in, and I figured no way could someone make a getaway in a rickshaw.
I was right and the rickshaw turned around and parked outside a shop. A big crowd formed, and a couple guys were yelling and tugging on a carpet. I got up close and got a nice photo. THe one guy in the photo ran off with the carpet, but then the police showed up and ruined the fun.
