Don't overpack like I did you'll need more bags bye the time you leave!
sandles for shoes nothing covering whole feet,if wearing pants,,no capri's bring pants going down to your ankles,don't forget your sunglasses.
anything you need for medicines for any minor thing can be easily found in any shell station or medical shop but don't forget important medicines,antibiotics ect.

Donot forgert to take a small-zipper shoulder bag to keep out the dust & i8s useful to carry your cameras & other possessions & enough money for one day....
A paking list for clothing includes: loose cotton trousers or mid lenght full skirt & shirts, loose underware that willo wicks-away moisture, sneakers, sandals, flip-flops(to wear in the shower) & some sort of headgear to protect agaist the sun & dust( Some Pakisatani women & men keep their heads covered at all times in summer)sunglasses, sunscreen & lip-salve.Men should take loose fit shorts & cotton shirts as well...
Women should take a complete supply of sanitary tampons & their favourite moisturisig cream, as these are only available in big cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad etc. However good chemists in these cities sell imported insect repellent, shampoo, good toilet soap, shaving cream, razor blades, toothbrushes & paste, & pills such as lomotil to stedy an upset stomach. Toilet paper is also available in most towns...So donot burden yourself with extra load..
Take your own photography equipment & I insists to buy the films from there because they are so cheap it feels like they are giving it free so is the developing if you have time develope your films from there as well & save yourself a fortune..
Take your own swim suit if you are staying in a five star hotel or hava access some private pool... Leave a Comment

Watch out for the customs,they like to get money off foreighners,when you land just sit in your seat as the rest of the pakistanis tend to p8ush and rush off the plane,avoid taking anything electrical as they make up rules and fines if they see them,cameras etc are ok,but you will see others trying to get microwaves through customs!
unless travelli in the moutains then buy all your stuff in the countr you can hav e your own made to mesure shalwar kameez knocked up in a couple of hours for a few quid and there are clothing stores/shoes etc all over the place very very cheapwomen have respect and cover your legs/no alcohol to be taken in.
staick to 'nestle still life' mineral water,dont bother with your western mosquito spray they dont work,buy 'mospell' a local oil available at all chemists for a few rupees. all medication thats available in the west is on sale at a very reduced rate in the chemists so uy when you get there.
againphotgraphs are a big prt of pakistani fe and you wil see labs all over the placewho for a few rupees will develop within the hour also others will enlarge and hand touch your prints giving you a perfect compction and colour out al your rey bits again ,pennies.
Camping? why when a hotel is a couple of pounds a day
Pakistanis lve anythin that has made in the uk or usa on it brin parker pens,clothes as gifts,shirts etc and youl have made a friend forever then you wil be amazed at the cost of things to buy. Leave a Comment
