 l_joo Says:  If a suspension bridge is a danger then we put it under a warning tip because it was danger but why danger has to relate to warning. Things must go this way that a danger must follow by a warning, therefore it belong to a warning and danger tip. 

 l_joo Says:  Yes, not all suspension bridge passable. If you look at this photo, it has two bridge but only one is passable. The half broken one is a big trap.
