This is the most favorite restaurant of Islamabadizens... It is hard to get a place during the peak lunch and dinner hours. They do have high tea (around 5-7 pm) with pakistani/international finger food and tea/coffee options. their best are the steaks.

In Marriott hotel there is a Thai restaurant that serves quality Thai food. One of the main course is vegetarian and one apetizer is a tofu dish.

There is a small café in Kohsar market (F6/3) (since it's a small market you can't miss the place) that serves tasty dishes like crepes, thali and salad that is vegetarian.
