Luggage and bags: Daypack for city tours. Going around with backpack may be uncomfortable from April to September when it is hot.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Warm clothes during extreme winter (December to February).
Light clothes from April to September when temperature can rise to 45 centigrade. Always cover your head with a cap or cloth.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Always carry wet tissues as the city is dusty, you may need to wipe your face and hands frequently.
Toilet rolls.
Photo Equipment: Bring your own AA and AAA size batteries as genuine brands are hard to find.
Miscellaneous: Always carry bottled water.
As street food is delicious and the price of a meal is down to earth, therefore you can not avoid the temptation to taste; but your day pack must have disposable plate, glass and spoon.... enjoy street food!

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Tampons and panty-liners can only be found at large department stores in major cities. In Lahore, they can be bought at HKB (Liberty, Defence Y Block, Mall Road), Al Fatah (Liberty), Pace Super Markets (M.M.Alam Road, Model Town, Defence Y Block), Europa (Defence H Block), Tes-Mart (Defence Main Blvd), and Pot-Pourri (Defence Y Block). Panty-liners are actually quite difficult to find on a consistent basis. Tampons tend to be in stock, but only name imported name brands that cost more than they do at home. Applicator types are widely available, but O.B. type are not. Large pads are generally found at any pharmacy, generally the type you might think of as overnight pads.
Miscellaneous: Women are quite particular in how they buy their feminine products. Next to the sanitary product aisle, you should see small brown paper bags. Most ladies do not want anyone to know they are buying feminine products. Remember how you felt when you first got your period? Completely embarrassed to just pick up tampons or pads in the local Wal-Mart. Well in Pakistan most ladies have those feelings throughout their lives, so its best to follow suit and put your special supplies in a brown bag.
