This is the real Rasheed Sweets that has been serving Pindi's best kulfi (local ice cream, HAS to be tried!) in Babu Mohalla in the old city for decades. The shop moved out to the more approachable and central Bank Road in the early 90s. Not exactly fine dining, but clean and reasonably priced. Roadside service without getting out of your car, if you like. Wide choice of sweetmeats, hot and cold desserts and Kashmiri tea in the winter (it's pink and salty, also HAS to be tried).
