Favorite thing: Sahiwal happens to be one of old cities of Punjab. it was called Montgomery, prior to sahiwal.
I believe the visitor must go inside the city rather than visiting only few old "bazars" as its not wat is actually a city is all about.
Sahiwal is basically a quite & serene small city on G.T. Road, on a two hours drive from Lahore. Sahiwal is a agri based green city. Sahiwal has got very gud educational inst like of St. Mary's Convent School, working for last 70 years , purely by roman catholic nuns. Divisioanl Public school another gem of a institute. Government College for boys is indeed another gud plc to study. its building altogether speaks of its heritage as well as its ambience. Sunken garden and Rose garden are weel maintained areas.
few old residentail localaties include Satellite Town, now known as Farid Town, is a very well planned society.
Canal Colony happens to have old banyan trees, making it as treat to have walks in spring & Summers evening.
Fondest memory: My student time at St. Mary School are one of my fondest memories of Sahiwal , after that my 2 years of college days at govt College. time best spent with my best friends.

Favorite thing: This is our bus or coach that we take to get there and away, Skyways is the bus name but I couldn't remember how much it cost but don't worry, it cost too little to make you worry. We met a Pakistani speaks good English on the bus and he asked me and Andy so many questions. I remember he asked a good question "I want to know what do you think about my country?"

Favorite thing: A fruit stall and another selling some soups I guess. The background has some unfinished constructions, just that simple as a tip, what do you think about this kind of tip, is good or bad or don't know?

Favorite thing: Please tell me what is this in photo if you know? I have no idea what that is but I can tell that was a canal with water in it and some unwanted materials left unattended for public to share while in the the background saw a construction so outstanding.

Favorite thing: A photo quickly taken when I crossed the road. This is a street scene almost in yellow color probably too much of earth dust all over in dry season. The weather wasn't that comfortable when I visit but it was good to experience something new.

Favorite thing: I like this scene so much in the way it appear to me. The two men walking towards us while the rest going the other way and all that things together, just the way I like, very Sahiwal to me.
