In addition to the relics that can be found in Taxila, this city also is the home of Pakistan Ordinance Factory making most of the heavy armaments, tanks, missiles, etc. So be careful that when you take pictures and do not take any pictures of these factories.
My friend at the museum informed me that sometimes intelligence agents may be lurking around at these sites to ensure that one is complying with such activities. This is quite true at Jaulian as it is situated at a small hill and gives a nice view of Taxila below.
The area is heavily guarded as well as watched. But if you are busy with your tourist activities, no one will bother you.
