If you are only males please don't try to go inside the play land area but you can check the shopping center of Allah din Park area.Only families are allowed to go inside the play land area. Good fun and latest entertainments for kids and families are available at play land.
Very popular and number one place to visit for local families of karachi. So if you are going with family must see it.

Aga Khan University hospital was constructed in 1980s was Asia's largest hospital and (may be still) . This hospital had received so many Awards for it's mordern Architecture and the World's largest 'Aga Khan award for Architecture' Award for many years.
Do visit this hospital.
