MCB Tower which is built on the same I. I. Chundrigar Road, where Habib Bank Plaza is situated, is the New Largest Building of Pakistan.
It is also property of a local private bank named MCB Bank Limited.
There is no comparison between Pakistan's largest buildings with the world's largest buildings. But within Pakistan these two buildings are the largest.
Union Bank's 50 story building is under construction. Government has announced to build one of the 's tallest buildings near Clifton beach. This project will be comleted till year 2010.

Habib Bank building was tallest in Pakistan for more than a decade but now MCB tower is the tallest building in Karachi but will soon replace by Port tower complex 1500ft (one of the tallest in the world)

Habib Bank Plaza
It is situated on I I Chundregar Road. It is the one of the tallest buildings in the country, but just 24 storied. It is the head office of a bank but the architect of this building is very impressive. It is believed that the view looks very good from the top of this building as not many tall buildings exist in Karachi.
